first well done for picking alexanda macedonian as your army. I started with it but i would recomend moving to an successor.

Here are three good resons to move to Later Ptolemaic

1] you can get up to a total of 12 bgs of roman infantry

2] you can fortifi a camp

3] it has lots of lovly pike up ...

hi i started with alexanda though experienece and perfecting i would say get rid of the indian foot and elephants if you dont khow how to use them well like me. the creatans are amazing but put them in higher numbers 4 is too small. heres my perfected list if you want to take some ideas.

when i play there are two ways to win

1) time up (3:30hrs) and got the most pionts

2) when you break the amount of troops needed to reach there breaking point p.s units dont have to be off table

superior pike are great against legionaires on impact its evens if they don't disrupt you you get plus one in melee.

Well you can charge and indeed probably have to. You do not have much lf which means that if I have quite a bit then i can drive yours away. The pike will then test every turn not to charge which means thta gradually your lines will become fragmented and split up.
