what are the best types of terrian for a maccidioan alexanda army ?????
at mo i've got hilly[greek] dessert[persia] tropical[india] mountains[they passed through]

Depends on your army design, but generally hilly or agricultural. I tend to have 2-3 units of LF, and 2 units of MF (in 8's but 3x6 might work).
