Re: New Sound Bytes for weather.
Weather sounds and effects were part of Panzer General 3D. I really liked it. It brings you further into the game and is a helpful reminder when your using your forces to attack certain equipment on certain hexes. PG 3D even had lightning flashes during stormy weather.

Re: For future grand campaign add-ons
Would everyone agree that a percentage scale dial at the beginning of each scenario where you can choose from 0% to 50% core forces would be offered? IF you have more forces than slots available at the beginning of the scenario you would place your preferred forces on the field and then at the first...

Re: Next DLC?
Is there any possibility of DLC's where the German forces helped other countries fight wars. I'm thinking of first a Spanish civil war DLC or DLC's, and possibly a Winter War/Continuation War along side the Finnish wars with the Russians? You would start off with indigenous armies and then add in mo...

Re: Difficulty Help Please
I've mentioned this elsewhere but I'll do it again because I think some gamers don't realize that Panzer Corp and the original Panzer General are and were so great to play because detail was given to how each piece of equipment and groupings of soldiers react and perform according to historical reco...

Re: DLC: Captured Units
Hey, Speaking of captured units, is their ever a opportunity to capture some place and receive a Russian BA recon unit? I find these units to be tough little pugs who seem to be more hardy in battle than any German recon unit. I've read up on them and the later versions(BA-9, BA-10) had a sizable gu...

Re: Infantry combat and experience
Wow, I haven't got to the point where my units have five stars so I'm surprised by how little the experience adds. However am I wrong in assuming that those numbers given are a estimate of the outcome of the action? I thought it works on a "roll of the dice" action to determine the results...

Re: How many SE Units can I have?
Nope it was the same unit. It returned at six strength almost one complete star of experience. It could not have been a different new corp because I only have one other SE tank corp and it started the scenario with nine strength and one and a half stars of experience.

Re: How many SE Units can I have?
I just had something strange happen in DLC 41. One of my SE tank units got totally destroyed about four turns before the scenario ended. Then at the beginning of the next battle the SE unit was back in my core force at the strength and experience level that it was before being eliminated. Is this su...

Re: How many SE Units can I have?
Yes, I'm in DLC 41 and have four SE units. Three tanks and a infantry unit. I'd like to know if there is anything special about these units aside from receiving them for free and they expand your slot allotment. Do they have extra attack or experience capabilities? Going off topic, I know somewhere ...

Re: Spotting range for planes
This recon plane is a good idea and an element of the game that should be added IMO. The planes like any other category progressed in time. From the beginning where Heinkel 45's and 46's were upgraded to Henschel 126's then I believe it was the Heinkel 123's if I'm not mistaken. Strategic recon star...

Re: Sad but True!
It's all easy my friend, even on FM. The trick is to spend many long hours studying WWII history of the weapons how they were deployed and the changing tactics as the war progressed. See, its easy. Seriously though.... Anyone who'd be a fan of PC or the grand daddy of them all Panzer General would n...

Re: Advancing artillery
Actually it was a innovation of Napoleon to move artillery up forward in battle. Wait until you face the Russians late in the war with their heavily armoured mobile artillery. A Panther can smash away at one and barely do more than three or four damage. At least that's my experience and my Panthers ...

Re: Urgent Feature Request
How about a clock that times how long you've been playing and gives a stopwatch so you can see how long it takes you to finish each turn. I'll agree time does speed up when playing PC.

If the German mod community's Africa war theatre Mod is good I'm not sure if the Lordz will want to compete with these guys. I looked this Mod at their site and it looks like they offer thirty two different engagements with a extensive amount of equipment. I personally would still prefer a campaign ...

Its a shame the Lordz won't be adding your units into a DLC. They could be used in a DLC 1944 south. There was a huge amount of fighting in southern Europe near the end of the war that has been over looked. Will you be doing the same with other countries like Hungary. The Hungarians had a lot of dif...

If it takes modding the game to be able to purchase German allied units, what exactly is involved in modding these days? Do you actually have to go in and type code, or is there just a small file you need to download? The Lordz must know that although some of us have been around computers since the ...

This may have been covered elsewhere, but I would like to know if their is ever a time when you can actually purchase non German equipment. I've played the DLC from 39 to the beginning of 41 and have always been told that their are no slots available whenever I've tried to purchase any other countri...

For the 88's, I've found they are great for siege weapons. You slowly move them up to fortifications and after a few rounds of level bomber or artillery suppression you move the AT 88 against the fort and it is usually destroyed immediately. Or use them at river choking points against attacking tank...
