Thank you Deeter that was all I was asking for. What about maps when playing DAG armies? Do you just pick a scenario map from any of the expansions or origional game Field of Glory?

Yes it matters because I don't want to buy one of them that doesn't come with a random generator. If it's a feature on one AD page then it should be listed as a feature on ALL the AD pages. For all I know the others are just DAG compatible and don't come with one the way the ADs read. Very bad ...

How come only Rise of Rome makes a big deal out of DAG GENERATOR then and lists it as a FEATURE and not the other expansion army paks?

Is Rise of Rome the only expansion that comes with the DAG GENERATOR? The other expansions mention nothing about the GENERATOR as a FEATURE just that they can have DAG armies used from them. So I want to know if EVERY EXPANSION after Field of Glory comes with ITS OWN DAG GENERATOR?

Comparing this to Hoplite the Ancients card game of basically the same kinds of tactics and strategies the AI in Hoplites is 100x better and certainly not passive. Plus the card graphics are better too. {g}

Well this is a real negative point about the game then IMO. Light Horse should be able to catch light foot. It's one of the main uses of light horse with javelins. It doesn't seem right ...

You know one of the reasons I discarded FoG was because of the unit graphics. Is there any way to make them more crisp like these we have for avatars on this forum? I like solid looking icons on the map and what I see is just a cluster fork of colors on the map and it's just not crisp or detailed ...

It is possible to pick specific events and say it does not model them but the aim is to represent the vast majority of cases rathyer than the extremes.
