Back playing the grand campaign again. Got a specific question: Is it possible to get panzer SE units in 1939? I prefer SE units to be panzers, but repeated reloading never seems to yield an SE panzer unit?

Something I've noticed with the iPad version of the game is that the marching noise of infantry seems a bit too muted compared with the PC version. Any chance of increasing the marching sound affect for infantry please? I do like the sound affects!

Has anyone else noticed that the scrolling seems a bit strange at times where you hold down and scroll but the screen snaps back to it original position? It can make it hard to scroll at times.

having purchased the iPad version yesterday, I must admit o being slightly dissapointed with the blurry units and the inability to turn off the music is doing my head on already. I can't believe that the beta testers were happy to hear the music playing non stop for hours potentially. Please please ...

Does anyone know if the extra attack and ammo is true for SE units? I thought that they were just the same really. Since they are Special equipment, elite units, then I think that they should get some sort of additional benefit like maybe the next step in the equipment tree upwards. eg. Panzer IVD f...

Ideally I'd like to split and play the Eastern campaign, then perhaps go back to the split point and play the Western campaign. If we just moved the core from the end of the Eastern campaign back in time, it would be ridiculously powerful

Some good suggestions here. Like I've said before, would be good for Pioneres and enemy engineers to lay and clear mine fields. Perhaps we could have some sort of Luftwaffe garrison at each airstrip we command and if we capture an enemy airfield then we get some aux luftwaffe ground troops to defend...

Hopefully more developers will start to consider how good some of these old games were and stop focussing on endlessly better graphics, poor gameplay and always FPS!

Like others here, I'm not sure about playing as the Russians either. By their nature, they will have vast resources against the AI of the computer which will have very little, but highly skilled forces.

The desert campaign would be the next logical progression, although the Japanese war in the Far East would be excellent, but would by necessity require significantly more naval warfare.
