Would anyone know how to go about modifying sound.sfx files? I ask because I have great gun sounds in some other sound.sfx files from mods to other CC versions; so i was looking to swap some into PitF. Unfortunately the gun fire in this game is errr...uninspired.

What is the purpose of this tile? I managed to get a pzkw IA on it, but nothing happened...after several turns. I was thinking maybe I would receive a captured unit? While on the subject, are these strange hexes along with units to be found on every map?

I know we are only supposed to mention one thing, but 3 things come to mind:

- Ambient war noise instead of the stock music.
- More advanced A.I.
- More colour and camouflage pattern differentiation among the stock units.

I think this has been asked somewhere before, but I can't find an answer: Does the AI "cheat" (on FM or any difficulty) in combat "random rolls"? Its too much of a coincidence that I am getting worse results than average and AI gets better results... I would also like some clari...
