1- FOGE closes automatically when you export a battle to FOG2. You could re-open FOGE while FOG2 is running, but I don't know what you think you might gain by doing so. I have a region with the impediment Rumor of Cursed Place. This can only be removed by a Worship Place. I have carelessly upgraded the Worship Place in that region to a Sacred Estate. Will the Sacred Estate still have a chance to remove the impediment or do I have to disassemble it back to a Worship...

It would be a major change to the game. But if it happens, if you are given the option to plot against your faction's leader, then why not also have the option of choosing which leader or side to support during a civil war?

If a captured region has a Just Conquered or Under Pacification flag then the messages seem to be cosmetic. Yes, there is a province clause. But you can't use it to ask for ownership of a province that you have already taken possession of. Possibly because your enemy no longer possesses the province even though he still officially owns it until ceded in a peace treaty?

Campania is my only source of sulfur. It can only be exported if I build a large quarry there. It looks like I will never be given the opportunity because infrastructure options have now been black-boxed in that region.

I have a similar situation. As Rome, my objectives include Caledonia (owned by Picts et Caledonii), Brigantia, and Germania (both owned by Brigantes). My borders are nowhere near either of these nations.

It's not entirely consistent. I haven't done an an analysis of how each region is affected, but my impression is that regions that are currently in a state of "Just Conquered" at the time of assimilation probably don't have the counter reset to start again at the beginning of the process, ...
