I'm posting this in case someone has the same problem...it turns out the problem was in internet explorer proxy settings, after i cleared that it all good.

yeah i play FoG and PCorps all the time, oh well, maybe its something specific to WitE and my router, ill try disconnecting that

yeah i added an exception and also tried turning it off completly

yeah i tried both the official patch and the beta, still no go

I keep getting error 99 every time I try logging in with this account and I have the serial registered and all too...

then it should apply for ai only... cause in multiplayer it leads to a transport rush into enemy territory and if you get blown up then the trucks just end up as a double time move..which probably would be more realistic and scratch the transports... but whats done is done, all im saying is at least...
