paid but no SOA....

I just ordered storm of arrows since the site said its
out today, it took my order and accepted the payment(with no pre order
discount) but then i just got a transaction number and it said payment
succesfull..but i got no download link or serial on either the page or
email..

whats up with that?
by the way i cant get into SOA in the army genarator either..
any help would be appreciated

i didnt get an order number only a transaction number and that doent work with the order locator,belive me i tried 7 times

no its not the email ,i get emails but no order number in them,only a trnsaction number and that doesnt work with the order locator

As discussed in the other 2 places you posted this, you have ordered a boxed copy not a digital download. We'll dispatch them as soon as they arrive from the factory. Sorry for any confusion.
