This battle is well under way - the main lines have clashed and we've both had one flank turned. Not immediately about to resolve, but definitely entering the decisive phase, I think.

Was any army routed (thus, will any province change hands) or did the battle go the full 24 turns, ending only as night fell? I'm asking since difference (48 - 26 = 22) is less than the required 25 and neither inflicted the required 60 or more.

Once attack announcements have been made, battles are resolved simultaneously during a three-week period of Oct. 7 - Oct. 28 (see Battles in the rules).
(If all battles have been resolved before that, round 3 may commence earlier, but plan for first order of attack announcements on Nov. 1).

Please note that:

• Date (midnight CET (Rome) time) above indicates deadline, after which opportunity to announce attack is forfeited and the player below may announce attack.

• If a player above has announced an attack, then player next in line is free and is encouraged to announce attack to, up to his deadline, i.e., if the players before you have announced attacks, don't wait for your deadline to announce your own attacks but instead do so speedily so battles can start as soon as possible.

• A province already included as a province-at-stake in another player's attack this round may neither be attacked nor attacked from nor constitute a province-at-stake in the attack in question.

• Depending on the higher of the number of attacker's or defender's controlled provinces, more provinces are added to the provinces-at-stake for the battle:
  • 1-3 controlled provinces: 0 additional provinces-at-stake.
  • 4-5 controlled provinces: 1 additional province-at-stake from each of attacker and defender.

• Since Warg1 and pompeytheflatulent now control 4 provinces each, all battles that involve any of these two players will stake one additional province from each of the defender and attacker, i.e., two provinces-at-stake from each, and four in total.
  • Same 'neighbouring' rules as before apply for attacks and staking provinces.
  • If a player don't have two provinces to stake, then only one province from that player will be staked, but two provinces from the enemy will still be staked.
