Haha, and no, that's not a campaign I'm publishing. What you're referring to is from my non-public Germany campaign. It currently has 34 missions and is a never-ending work in progress, where I test new units or triggers for other campaigns. That's where I got the idea for a UN campaign, hence these images. But a few missions from this campaign are included in the scenario pack in a slightly modified version. I'm waiting for your Serbia campaign.

Well, as I already mentioned, the campaign is a constant work in progress. Since I created it for myself, the briefings and victory conditions are only available for the first seven to ten missions—but I still have to check that. After that, I decided to stop sending myself such messages, since I know what I have to do. This way, I could create a campaign for you with a maximum of seven to ten missions on the German side. Since I'm currently revising the campaign script, you'll have to be patient, also because I want to finish the Poland campaign first.

I'm working on this campaign again because I've finished mine-clearing tanks and bridge-building tanks for Germany. I wanted to test them. The first scenarios, however, include UN missions, secondary ones; the primary ones revolve around the Bundeswehr and fictional missions from 1997 onwards in Bosnia and Kosovo. As I said, fictional. This is the first part of this large campaign.

Just to clarify: since this campaign was created with my own mod, I need to rebuild it so that you can actually see and hear the units on the map. There are not only German units, but also Albanian, Serbian, and — not to forget — some UN units that don’t exist in the original mod. That takes a bit of time.

Tobi72 wrote: Fri Oct 24, 2025 3:53 pm Hello Imeror, I have reached the attack on Dnipro in your campaign. There, I get a 2S25 Sprut tank to test, but unfortunately, the game is already so far advanced that it cannot fire a single shot and I cannot report any results about its actual capabilities to the high command. Personally, I would prefer it if you made such units core units in your future campaigns so that these additional units can show what they can do in later missions.
I get the idea to give the Sprut as a core unit, but since it's mainly an anti armor unit and that the whole next chapter is about counterinsurgencies (and thus, against soft targets), I prefered to keep it as a bonus auxiliary.
it will return soon as a purchasable unit anyway

Another question : are the prestige points given enough, until now ?
No, I'm not obsessed by prestige points income... I think

Tobi72 wrote: Fri Oct 24, 2025 3:53 pm That’s of course just an idea or a suggestion. I took the liberty of changing that for myself. Oh, and I'm still playing the old version without your update.
Since you modify it yourself, You made me think about something !

Uzbek, since you complain about the lack of prestige point, you can also easily modify it's value yourself in the editor. It's a very easy and quick change to made.

When you are on the launcher, select "editor".
Then, in "file", you click on "open" and choose a scenario you want to modify.
They are in "my documents\my games\Panzer Corps\mods\***NAME OF THE CAMPAIGN***\Data.
When scenario opened, click on "Edit", "Scenario Params..." and "sides".
You can now change the "prestige per turn" value to the one you feel the more appropriate :D Changes will not apply at scenarios already started ; so you'll need to start a scenario again so that the modification apply.

After my last test (3 russian chapters played in a row), my prestige reserve was at 15 000 when the 10th mission ended. I will consequently start Chapter 4 with 20 000 ; it is already too much.
So, I would prefer to avoid to give more in my "official" release ; but if your playstyle favor constant and deadly assaults, don't hesitate to improve the value. It will allows you to enjoy a more brutal playstyle while not being stuck by the prestige points limit I give.

Oh I can now even buy soldiers of fortune from Wagner, but they have no trucks or pickups, and running only on foot is sometimes tiresome (( I hope they can at least be sent from airfields by landing planes and helicopters ? Familiar photos of fighters )
I aim to use as much as possible "vanilla" units and assets, the ones already in base mod ; for now at least.
The only exceptions are when I have absolutely to represent something that is not in. I tinker some assets already in the mod to recreate them, or exeptionnally ask if I can use the assets created by someone else when I have no other choice.

For example, the civilian airliner that we have to escort in UK 7th mission is in fact (according to game files) a KC130 of the argentinian airforce, with a skin taken from the Boeing 737 of the Indian transport aircraft (I also removed military marking from it), with values and name changed in the equipment file to looks like what a 737 should have, and I put the illustration image of a 737 flying.

The knowledge to really create units from scratch is still something that I don't master.
One day, certainly ; but not now

About Wagner ground vehicles, I could add them in the scenario, but I won't.
Not because I don't know how to (spoil : they are in fact reskinned and lighly changed belarus units, so I could easily give them their usual transorts  ), but because it is against the core mechanics of the scenario where they appear.

This scenario is mainly a russian military takeover. The goal is to have the player core doing the more "agressive" stuffs (assault on villages with entrenched rebels, heavier but slower reinforcement, etc...) while Wagner units are mainly designed to be the fast reaction force supporting the russian military force.
They are the reasons why it is important to build airfields in this mission. The player don't have enough units to defend and attack everywhere at once, so Wagner units are here designed to stay in reserve in the airfields to be fastly airdroped everywhere a danger appear. They deploy, deal with the threat, then have to return to the nearby base before being ready to be deployed elsewhere again.

If I give them ground vehicles in this mission, all the feeling of counter-insurgency would disapear. The player would just take in his core only heavy equipment (artillery, tanks, and some engineers) and use Wagner as his regular infantry ; leading to the situation where the player would have 5 extremely strong battlegroups roaming on the map and instantly crush all the threats as they appear.
So, by letting Wagner units counting only on helicopters for transport, I prevent the player to accidentally kill the interest of the scenario. Danger appear everywhere : the player have to strategically think in advance what to do with limited assets that are not always available.

As often, I try some experimental concepts  It requieres sometimes some limitations to the player.

No problem. Everyone has their own ideas, and that's a good thing. Regarding prestige, yes, it's a bit low, but I manage because when things get really tight, I don't choose elite reinforcements, but rather regular reinforcements. I also only select the most important units that absolutely need a refresh in battle. For example, I retreat the others and let them rest for a turn until it's their turn, so I have various methods to save "money." However, I'm also honest: if, for example, I run into a trap with one of my favorite units and maybe even reduce it to zero, I restart from the save. This doesn't happen very often, though, because I try to scout the terrain beforehand to locate enemy locations.

So, legends are true : more prestige points are needed

This will be kept in mind for future releases and updates.

Sometimes, I have the idea that it would be cool to be able to collect data from other computers to see how the scenario is played ; then I remind that it is spying and a threat to privacy, so I forget this stupid idea soon after

More serious news : I'm trying to add heroes to the Serbian campaign, to not have blank names.
I'm just using the insignia to see if it works, not AI portraits.

So no Serbian portraits for Tobi. Oh well, I'll just have to live with that. About the prestige again. Sometimes I use triggers on missions where I think more is needed. So if a player conquers the first primary objective, they get +7 more prestige points each round via the trigger, +5 again upon reaching the next objective, and so on. Or there's extra prestige for secondary objectives; if a depot is destroyed, they get 200 extra prestige. Just one example. This way the game stays flowing. What I also don't like is an excess of prestige. Too much prestige takes away the tactical tension – if you no longer have to worry about losses, the appeal is lost.

In Germany, I wasn't aware that images of Serbs were banned. Nazi symbols or the swastika were, however. But thanks for the link. I sometimes use the images as templates for modified hero portraits, but most of the time I input the description from my own thoughts into the AI so my mind doesn't fall asleep.

To be honest, I hesitate a lot... In one hand, I would prefer to keep a coherency with my other campaigns that use the "vanilla" Modern Conflicts content ; on the other hand, your AI generated heroes looks cool...
Maybe I still could do them, put them in the campaign folder, and put a txt. file that explain how to load them for people that want to play with them, after all.

I've only use chatbot until now, do you have any recommendation about something free for image generation ?

About prestige, I've already done some secondary objectives in previous campaigns, but they were unique "big cash grab" : "Ghost of Kyiv destroyed : 1 000 points", "supply depot captured : 1500 points", etc...
Maybe smaller but more numerous secondary objectives would be a solution, as you do. If the player need immediately 200 points to repair something, he could target a secondary target that is close. That's certainly a better system that my big rewarding but rare objectives, indeed.

No censorship here, don't worry. We could distribute photos of serbians soldiers in the street if we want.
People would certainly look at us with a very surprised look and tell us to get out, but in itself, we could

It's just that it's better to not display publicly someone serving under an uniform.
In the pictures I put in my campaigns, I always follow the rule to not show a) any corpses nor b) any soldiers that can be recognized. If they are masked or far enough, it's good ; but nothing close and with the face too visible...
... And portrait are necessarly close and unmasked

That was just a joke, Imeror. I know I'm German, and Germans don't have fun.   But it's no problem for me to create the portraits myself. If you're looking for a free AI that can generate images, give it a try. I can't judge how good they are, though, since I only use the paid version of chatgpt.

DeepAI Free Online AI Image Generator
Freepik AI Image Generator-----Supposedly with around 40 free image generations per day
Adobe Firefly (Text-to-Image)------Free to use in your browser.
Microsoft Designer – AI Image Generator
Pixlr AI Image Generator-----Browser tool with a focus on image editing + AI generation.
QuillBot AI Image Generator----3 free pictures per day” according to

Grok------I tried it but the results are not that good

Maybe there is a program that you can use for your purposes
