It's difficult and often tedious to find new images that relate to a specific situation or scene, e.g. Japanese banzai attack with frontal perspective, and I also have to colour them in, which takes a lot of time. It's not necessarily faster or easier with AI, but I really enjoy it.KI.png

Oh, it was an epic defence. The Japanese were charging like a runaway train. But we fought back, although many of our guys won't be returning to their native Texas. And now the capture of the airfield in 1942, at least that's what it says in the description.

Progress on the Spanish campaign is moving more slowly than expected. I've discovered that all Nationalist artillery units are currently missing both sound and image files. I've decided to focus only on fixing the missing sound for now, otherwise it would take too long. Also, two more missions will be added, bringing the total to nine so far. Well, Iwo Jima has been conquered, Uncle Uzbek, well done! Thank you all for your attention, the rest is in the screenshots and replays. The final battle kept me on edge throughout the game, as the Japanese sometimes counterattacked very skilfully, but we were tougher and more stress-resistant.

For better understanding, I am publishing a few mission objectives in advance that may be difficult to understand while playing. I sometimes feel the same way when playing other campaign. The missions not listed here are easy to understand in terms of victory conditions.s.

Supported by Carlists (Requetés), Falangists, regular troops, air force (Legion Condor), Italian artillery
Role in the war Commander of the northern Spanish offensive in Navarra and Gipuzkoa. In the campaign, he mostly holds the title of Lieutenant Colonel in the briefings. I will try to change the places where I accidentally promoted him to General in my test in the next few days.

As early as October, 1936, the Nationalists began training of flamethrower infantrymen under the direction of the Condor Legion. From January, 1937, Commander Peter Jansa (Chief of the Condor Legion’s anti-tank artillery instructors) was put in charge of the training. The Gruppe Von Thoma supplied eighteen flamethrowers of three types: nine standard, four light, and five heavy ‘trench’ (IE improvised) types. On the 17th of October, 1936, the training of a specialist flamethrower company began.
Of the four light flamethrower units, two were sent to the Tercio (Spanish Legion), one remained for training, and one was installed on a Panzer I Ausf. A, which joined other vehicles on October 27th for operations at the Talavera front.
