There are so many reasons why this is a bad idea, I won't bother listing them.

"Page up" and "Page down" already do this.

Another one I just thought of: How about being able to access the manpower levels of all the minor powers?

How about being able to access options from the main menu?

I'd rather be the Allies as I'm already playing 2 games as Axis.

Why not reduce the amount of supply in Malta to limit the number of steps you can repair and reduce effectiveness?

Yes I bought this game, and I know it's a false positive, but it's a bit annoying to turn off virus protection whenever I want to play.

McAfee always tells me that the 'starter' file of CEaW is a trojan. The only way I deal with it is restore the 'starter' file then turn off the AntiVirus whenever I start CEaW. It's a bit ham handed, but the crucial thing is, it works.

The simple answer is that you can't load garrisons into transports.
