We need assistance with an interpretation issue which has recently come up. With MF or HF carrying a Light Spear it says on the Impact Phase you get a + unless charging shock mounted. I know that LF attachement archers mixed in 3rd rank with HF give the BG an extra dice roll on Impact Phase only against calvary but can they shoot on Shooting Phase and Melee Phase as well ?

If you have LF attachements archers in 3rd rank of HF can they shoot in the shooting phase and can they shoot in the melee phase? If so how do they shoot?
