Re: Multiplayer map 1vs1 - Guadalcanal and New Georgia v.4.6
In version 4.6 - added more small islands so that the airstrip players built is harder to find - added some protected inland supply for Japan on Guadalcanal - connected the jungle on Guadalcanal a bit better so it's harder to find Japanese troops - added more deployment zones for Japan near Guadacan...

Re: Multiplayer map 1vs1 - Guadalcanal and New Georgia v.4.5
We stopped the game at turn 73. The US held Guadalcanal and Tulagi, the Japs everything else. We stopped because both of us thought it was very unlikely that either of us could achieve the objectives without a substantial increase in RPs and CPs. The Japanese perspective The Good Points: Initial co...

Re: multiplayer map Dunkirk and Battle of Britain v.1.6
Why do you guys always want 2vs2 though? Doesn't 1vs2 make more sense? I don't think Germany should be separated. It would just weaken coordination, and Germany needs to coordinate a lot to have the right balance in the airforce. Also not sure if France wouldn't be bored once Paris gets taken Just ...

Re: Multiplayer map 1vs1 - Guadalcanal and New Georgia v.4.5
We are playing this now. Good scenario but we both think there are not enough supply ships for an island hopping campaign. Can you recycle a limited number perhaps? I had 8 at first but reduced it to 5 to make them more valuable. You really need to protect them. Air strikes can be dangerous this wa...

Re: multiplayer map Dunkirk and Battle of Britain v.1.6
Not tried 1.6 yet so these points may no longer apply. As McAuslin mentions, the ability to mine the entire English coast seriously hampers any landing. The Royal Navy are too strong for any supported landing, certainly in the early stages. I have won twice with a parachute drop on Dunkirk, support...

Re: Multiplayer map - Normandy and Paris 1.0
2 vs 2 would be good (in fact on all your scenarios) mainly because there are 4 of us that play together on OOB Ok sure. here you go https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cxngdUcxMy_QpC89sXe6GiFOVYJF2ss6/view?usp=sharing Again, the unit balance limits are not enforced. But I have still left the text the...

Re: Multiplayer map - Coral Sea and Kokoda 2.2
Both the Japs and Allied deployed armour on the Kakoda Trail in your scenario. Not sure how you make a road impassable to anything but infantry but I'm up for that. There were no Spits in the historical Kakoda campaign and i wasn't complaining; just pointing it out.. :) Yeah sure, I was just joking...

Re: Multiplayer map - Normandy and Paris 1.0
Looks interesting, thanks. Is this 1 vs 1? If so any chance of 2 vs 2 please? Yeah. I can make it 2vs2 later if you want. Or even 2vs1 or 3vs1, if it's ok? I don't like to separate Germany into two. Normally 1 player means better coordination of units. But as you like :-D But it's not tested yet, s...

Same map as Dunkirk and Battle of Britain
You can choose freely where you want to invade
Rivers made partially impassable, so that a few paratroopers can hold the bridges more easily and slow down reinforcements

Re: Multiplayer map - Coral Sea and Kokoda 2.2
By 60 the Japs had won the battle of the Coral Sea and the US Navy was sunk. I think they were just about to take the objective. On the Kokoda trail they were flanked in the hills to the south of the trail in the final section. To their front the allies had moved up armour blocking progress, meanwh...

Re: Multiplayer map - Coral Sea and Kokoda 2.1
Sorry for the delay in reply No, not a vid game scenario designer, done more than i can remember for tabletop games though. I think your 80/20 chance of the Japs winning is good, just needs a tad more balancing. Heres the end data from our last game: Turn 86 Japanese RPs 170 Land CP 17 Naval CP 91 ...
