First question, where do you find the player made scenario's? There use to be a download page.
Second question, When I try to issue a challenge for the above captioned scenario, I receive this message. "Unknown error occurred (Code=39)". Any ideas on how to resolve this isse.

Looks like Slitherine is down. They can't even post a reply for this serious problem. Try emailing them. Hopefully their email is still operational. They have kind off given up on the multiplayer aspect of their game offerings.

Why don't you post this important update on a dedicated page? Or at least put it at the top of you web page so it is easy to locate. I have the same issue in a 1941 scenario. It is on the opening move. If I right click on the map enough I can get the units information box to pop up. I'm not able to go into setting and surrender as I can not see the menu. Are you able to delete the game from the server if I supply more information...
