I still could not find out, how a single unit can have 4 heros

I understand that the maxinum number of heros a unit can have is three.
Recently I saw a video on youtube where the player had four heros for a unit.
Have I missed something?

I understand that Afrika Korps comes with 24 scenarios. So I wonder what the numbers for prestige, medals and heroes are as compared to GC or the basic game. I know that it depends on difficulty level. But just to get a sense of possible changes.

I am not quite sure but I think somebody mentioned here that it is possible to change unit names.
I would like to add some abbreviation of the bonuses from heros to the unit name to see immediatly what their special skills are, paticularly during deployment.
