Post by Eraser »

Hi everybody.

I just made an image of the campaign tree for the first DLC (GC '39). Hope this helps the people who want to play every single mission.

Thanks.
Make one for 40', when you finish playing. I'll add this to the "Common Questions" sticky thread.

Very well made, thanks! You should see the scribbling I made when we were still planning the campaign. I'm glad I don't have to post that campaign tree anymore. :D

As awesome as this is though, imagine how that campaign tree will look when you 'attach' DLC 1940 to it. And then DLC 1941. And then DLC 1942 Ostfront (or possibly even DLC 1942 West Front someday). And then... well you get the picture. ;)

well, the first 2-3 years are mostly top - bottom :)

but it will get more complicated at then end, when alternative dlc is available (afrcia?) or when single enemies are defeated (if the outcome of scenarios influences more then just the following scenearios)

One day might end up be a collectible item.

Somewhen in future, when all german side DLCs are finished, will there be any Allied campaigns? Or is this game planned as german side only (campaign-wise)?

Campaign path for DLC 40 and 41 aswell.

I was actually trying to make a tool that could read a campaign.pzdat file and autogenerate this, however since some scenario's have a choice or optional scenario this didn't work out too well

Thanks Rood. I'll just edit the title of this thread in the Sticky Common Questions, and now will have 39, 40 and 41 campaign tree. :)

Great trees!

Much better to read than the table in the Library of PzC.

All of you are most welcome, I actually started on a graphical campaign tree for the original campaign but it's kinda hard to get it done properly as it can really branch with a victory over the UK and/or the USSR. And things like if you lost Sea Lion 40 then after you have a victory in any of 3? scenario's in Moscow you can still get to Sea Lion 42 and to the USA don't exactly make it easier :P

I did one branch and now trying to get the other paths nicely along aswell.

Obviously I didn't play the campaign through yet so there might be some mistakes.

Edit: it's not on the pic, but when you have finished Stalingrad Docks (any result) you can either choose to obey orders (Ruins) or flee (Escape).
