There still uniquely useful for gobbling up towns you've just cleared out with there recon movement ability.

I bolded units just to represent changes to my core after replacing destroyed units from a previous mission or new units added as the core size increased.

I didn't highlight if I replaced a unit with the exact same unit type, such as the hapless recon unit

At the end of the 41 campaign, from a default start these following units had each acquired a single hero in my playthrough, virtually all giving a +1 bonus.
