I think they should regain their levels next turn but honestly I have no idea what happened. If you switch commanders then that would lower their levels for a turn but I can see that you didn't.

You need to go to UNITS.CSV, then find ID_AEA_PROVINCE_COMAGENE(there is only two of instances of them existing in the file) under Iranian Armoured Cavalry and replace it with ID_AEA_PROVINCE_BACTRIANA That will allow Iranian Armoured Cavalry(IDS_UNIT_NAME_PROV_BACTRIANA) to be rec...

Rome Legion is just to beastly. I really don't think so they should Ranged attack that strong as they have.
Rome should rely more on logistic and ability to mobilize large armies and replace losses than having elite units that stomp everything.

Anyone know if it works with just Empire? Don't plan to export battles to FoG2
