Going via support means you get a trackable ticket which you can follow and makes sure your issue doesn't get forgotten and/or lost.

They were reset due to a technical error caused by Stream Elements, which was causing more and more people to not get points when they watch. They advised us the only way to resolve it was to reset the points.

We've not supported Apple for a long time, have you considered an ultra-light PC and a copy of Panzer Corps for PC?

As it's an old game, even a very low spec ultra-light PC, should run it.
