It is very annoying not to be able to redo the choice to embark by train/sea
E.g. Norway. In a harbour city with a rail-connection I normally do have the choice betwenn naval and rail transportation.
Not having in mind that Norway only allows one train at a time - i lost several movements of units ...

I happened to have the same annoying experience. Once you placed troops in reserve being ingame after "the deploying Round 0" you cannot undo a placed reserve - you have to reload. It still is important to find the right attack-unit for the individual target - no question to that. But you can alter the outcome of the battle by the way stated above.
