Embark

It is very annoying not to be able to redo the choice to embark by train/sea
E.g. Norway. In a harbour city with a rail-connection I normally do have the choice betwenn naval and rail transportation.
Not having in mind that Norway only allows one train at a time - i lost several movements of units by having to go
by ship/rembark them on land with no further movement, because if the one train-transport is already occupied -
it automatically turns the unit into the transportation-ship.

I can switch from road-transportation to the unit back and forth again even for hours if i´d like to- so why not make this feature
possible for sea/naval transportation as it does not change the tactical situation.
