I'm returning to this fine game after a long break, but in the first scenario, the action all occurs at the bottom of the map and the info panel obscures all the map info that is needed. Surely there is a hot key to remove this offending but useful panel, but how???

Are you going to fix this? Judging from the small number of views and replies to this message on the forum, either only a few of us are having this problem, or no body much cares. Seems strange, as all those who bought Field Marshall get nothing. I must be missing something (other than the upgrades....

Actually, I was referring to the decision to "equip the poor" where you "sell" 300 metal to get some manpower. Now, does the metal go into the "void" or possibly into the hands of your enemies?

When you sell metal, does the metal just disappear into the void, or does it actually go into the accounts of the other (virtual) players, perhaps including your enemies?
