Does anyone know how to get info on this structure. No mention (much) anywhere, except that it is a shopping mall in Detroit...

Thanks, sorry for the mis-spell, but I was thinking about GAME info. Not much in any manual or add ons... In a way that makes sense, as these things evolve and don't always result from "goal setting".

Hmmm, in the 310 scenario it is a Wonder that Rome starts with, which is why I didn't put it in the Guide. But yeah, Rome gets to build it in the 550 scenario, so perhaps I'll have to add it now ...

Anyways, as I recall it is a Tier I Military structure, so the option to build it should pop up soon.

In one of my Carthage games the Romans had build it in Ager Bruttus, so it can show up.
