Ive found everything else such as adding cities and mines , yet ive found the UNITS category but i cant seem to add them to the map? Can someone elaborate how i can do this?

Question for the developers, do partial strength units use a whole unit of oil each. Say a 7-step ARM unit uses 70% of normal fuel consumption, or does it use 100%? It uses 100%. Is this something that we should consider fixing?

i would like this Simulation to have some extra oil which inturn will beef up axis and makes the allies player must re-learn how to play with the same problems that axis have as in 1 or 2 mistakes and it will cost u so in the end both sides are 50/50 which now they are NOT

Oil should be irrelevant. Historically, the Germans only started having oil problems in 1944 when the Romanians sought ways to get out of the war. Moreover the Germans also made their own synthetic oil from rubber.

In essence it was a non-issue until the Summer of 1944.
