Captured equipment such as artillery that I have captured then used points to add to my core force, have transport added or in the case of it already having existing horse transport be updated to a truck or other motorized vehicles for towing
Possible to add Axis transport if no chance of the units native transport being available, not much incentive to keep some very useful opposition towed artillery / towed AA or towed anti tank gun units, if I cannot move them around efficiently when obtained and deployed to battle
Is there a way to add or upgrade for the above Please?

Sounds like something that shouldn't be too hard to fix. There's no reason you couldn't use German transports for them after all.

Thanks Kerensky did not know & cannot find any earlier ref to this issue, are there plans to change availability of organic transports now planned as a result and if so assume it will that be in a patch/update form?

So I just tested this (I have a lot of captured units on my current save, heh), and as far as I can tell lighter artillery can always have a horse-drawn wagon, but have no motorised options. The larger pieces have no option at all (the ones that cannot be towed by horses), e.g., a 155mm C mle 1917.
As we have access to as many transports as we are willing to pay for (how realistic that is, well...), there doesn't seem to be a reason to deny motorised options to captured pieces. The heavier ones have no options at all w/o them because they can't be towed by horses.
