Great news - we know how long we will have to wait! I suspect 2007 will go by very slowly for those of us on the fringes but will seem to last about a week for the team actually putting it together. Good luck guys, and those people with some influence on competitiion organisers see if you can get AOW into lots of them next year.
I think this is a very important topic. In Spain there??s only two or three shops supplying miniatures for historical games. In internet can be easily found (e-minis is located in the town where I was bornbryan wrote:I'm very excited about this announcement. Brilliant partnership!
Will there also be a partner for providing miniatures to play with the game a la Flames of War? To attract new gamers this is prety much required as talked about elsewhere in this forum.

O.T. Hey, I??ve been upgraded to milita!

Hi Ian
This is your old 7th Edition Rival, I never liked DBM or DBMM (closer to DBR) and I believed the rules best suited to me were DBR. I am in the SA National team again and I will play in the DBR section. I am hoping this set of rules will be a lot better more like 7th. I see you have brought back cohesion and generalship this is already a huge step in the right direction. I would like to play test the rules and contribute if I can. I would also like to URGE you to consider ONE SET OF RULES for all periods Ancients, Rennaicance, Napoleonics, WW2 and Ultra Moderns. I am excited and I have returned to the sport I love most WARGAMES.
I have written to JD but so far no response. I would like to play test the rules and mabye I could play a game against you in PE. I look forward to seeing you all again.
Kind Regards
Edward Van Trotsenburg
