The Philistines took up a defensive position on a hill between a lake and a Mountain. The Minoans advanced to engage them at the foot of the hill and both sides fiercely clashed in a bloddy struggle that only ended when the Philistine's finally ran out of strength to continue the struggle and borke.

Solemnace Indian (Rajput) 650CE-1049CE defeats rockmanbob123 German 933-1049AD 42-14

The Germans decided after considering the risks of fighting Rajput Lancers and Elephants on the open plain to be suicidal to form a strong defensive position on the edge of the map using hills and rough ground to bolster their position. However the Rajputs were able to organise their forces and launch a coordinated attack breaking with some difficulty all the German cavalry and begins to break down the German infantry. Though not without losses in the process swiftly the German position became untenable with their supporting archers getting slaughter and their army surrounded by Lancers they had no choice but to try and flee while they still had the chance.
