Ranking hero abilities for harder playthroughs

Yeah, I am actually playing with david vs goliath, scraggy europe (no prestige each turn) and AI gets random heroes. It is a good challenge, the problem is some scenarios could need a rebalancing. RIght now I am in 1941, 50% of the scenarios are boring, the final battle at moscow is really good. I might have to restart,to get the optional.

This time I am playing with "old guard" trait. This trait is ridiculously overpowered for just one point. Should be 2 or even 3 points!
