If an airborne unit - like paras or marines - is landed (not dropped), they inherit the supply stash of the transport plane's "fuel":

Can you land at an unowned airfield? Or an enemy airfield?

Maybe I've neglected to elaborate a bit more, but this bug applies to *all* units with air-transport that are landed on airport hexes, not just those who have a "supply stash" to begin with (like marines or paras).
I've noticed (but forgot to mention) it again during the Allies Victorious "Market Garden" scen: Those aux. reinforcements you get for taking the "Deelen Airfield" objective (mostly Brit regular infantry), are supply-immune for 15 turns or so.

No, I was right after all. Try this and you'll have an infantry unit with 15-turns of "supply stash". That means you can reinforce for 15 turns inside enemy territory. Using the words "exploits" and "tournaments" should definitely wake up devs in any of their game forums.
I bet this is rather fixed than any of my harmless "issues" now.
