Hi
Most of the horse archer figures I have are shooting to the side. Is it possible to base them without making it look as if they're shooting at their comrades?
Thanks

I base mine with the archers pointing to the front.. to me it gets the effect that the LH are shooting/scooting...
Be prepared to explain a few times during the games which way they are facing....
Looks better to me...

Re: Side Shooting Horse Archers
I use 10mm figures and I base them racing around in a circle. Looks really good. The only problem is that the front isn't as obvious because the front of a circle looks the same as the back, so I painted the front edge brown and the side edge black. I also have the ones 'shooting' at the 'front' and the ones 'at rest' at the 'back'.Eques wrote:Hi

I think it probably adds to a bit of confusion for my poor enemy, but for the most part I haven't had any complaints.
