Well thats what I see in those 4 photo's.

For what its worth my views mirror RBS's totally.

• A general principle in desing was to allow things to get into combat wherever possible and avoid an silly geometric traps.
  
  The contraction can happen at any time as far as I am concerned.
  
  If they physically can't fit then it can't be done is another general principle.
  
  The rest seems to flow from that as far as I can see, and then depends on specific distances and positions etc.

Occassionally you might not be able to charge through some quirk of geometry, but it will be very rare. 2 yrs in and first example above.
