Should we install the updates one after the other or only the last one is enough ?
Is the number of the version in the main screen updated ?
After installing v0.030, I always have 0.027 :

I installed the mod without JSGME (I backed up the original folders and then copied the mod folders to the existing files). So, first, Panzer Corps Pak-Mod v0.027.
With each update, I copy the update folders to the existing files (do you want to replace...). This gives the result on the image.

It basically has to be unpacked bit by bit into the mod folder, then it works too.
first the BAsis version 0.027 and then all updates.

Work on the smaller scenarios will continue in time. But for the moment we still have to do much work on the database and new units. We first want to finish more Big scenarios to still keep some progress in the scenarios beside all the database work. I already started development of the Big Low Countries scenario (Alpha version)..............sorry

All Fallschirmjäger paradrops and airlanding in The Netherlands will be included.

The Germans came to use the Sdkfz 7 vehicle to transport troops as they used the opel blitz truck?

As far as I know the SdKfz-7 was a prime mover, famous about towing the 88mm FlaK gun. The gun crews were transported on the SdKfz-7.

I do not know if it is a bug or not but I found that strange playing one of my favorite scenario (Lake Balaton). The movement points change if you switch the AA mobile units. Is this due to the changing range ?

The Offsets for the Ground attack animations could be better adjusted for these units:
PS: Is it normal that when you switch the Wirbelwind and the Gepard, they became Artillery and not Anti-Tank
