When a torpedo bomber lands on a carrier and launches the next turn I would expect the torpedoes to be reloaded when relaunching the air unit.
Surely the carrier crew can reload torpedoes and refuel in a single turn.
The torpedo bomber in the screenshot has just launched from the carrier after performing one torpedo attack a couple of turns back.

For me it is not a bug.
Example : a fighter (Polikarpov) who has just taken off from an airstrip cannot immediately attack another aircraft :

Although I get Erik's point (and I think he's right), it's only being "graphical" in nature and has no gameplay consequence as long as all torpedo planes have a three turn cooldown (and they have!).
This way it's always possible to torpedo-attack on the next possible turn after take-off.

Let's call it a counter glitch, then.
My point is that the torpedo counter should reset when the bomber lands on the carrier/airfield. I haven't tested, but maybe switching to bombs and back to torpedoes will reset.
Personally I would prefer the bombers to be forces to return to their base for a reload. Maybe this can be modded.

Yeah sure, it makes sense. This should rather be submitted as [Feedback] or [Change-Request] and not as [Bug].
There is also this unused spec Tender_Destroyer: • Support Ships will instantly reset the torpedo cooldown of adjacent warships
That sounds much more imbalancing compared to landing a plane.
