login not correct

Cant log into mutiplayer - getting incorrect log in message. However, i can log into the forums with the same password.

Any ideas what may have changed? or what to try.

make sure its the same, without spaces or capitals which aren't there in the forum one, and also make sure you only have one account, or dupes may cause issues as per post

Thx. But for me this dosent seem to be the issue. I have only 1 account and have tried the password multiple times checking caps lock etc

no reports as errors on the MP side atm, but will pass the message on to staff support and see if they can look into it asap, if no reply by Monday on here, pm and i'll chase it up, sorry about this

i have fixed it by going thru the merge process again - dont know what happened but it ok atm

I'm having this same problem. I'm trying to login to the multiplayer server for the first time and just get a 'login not correct' error immediately after submitting the credentials. On the unified account management page, I show my Slitherine account as merged (and I went ahead and tried to merge again per the posts above), but it's not working at all. I bought the game through Steam, and my Steam account is linked as well.

You need to email support@slitherine.co.uk, and they should be able to sort the issue out.
