Well i just startet the Wehrmacht 1939 to 45 campaign.
First scenario victory conditions are OK. 5 turns early for a DV.
But beginning with Norway and in the Lowlands i have to be 9 turns early for a DV.
Is that a corrupted installation or is in PzC Gold the setting on Feldmarschall that way?
It would be nice to get a answer.

Your installation is ok. Those requirements are correct and are the same for any difficulty setting except the easiest, Sergeant, where you are allowed 5 more turns, and one of the three unlockable difficulties, Guderian, where you must complete your objectives within 5 fewer turns than what is normally allowed for a Decisive Victory in a particular scenario. The 'vanilla' campaign focuses more on quickly taking your objectives and has a turn limit to achieve a Decisive Victory in the majority of scenarios which varies and typically ranges from 5-10 fewer than the total number for the scenario. In the Grand Campaign, Allied Corps, Afrika Korps, and Soviet Corps, this type of turn limitation is rare and the Decisive Victory requirements usually just amount to capturing/holding a certain number of objectives with no 'early' turn requirement. Should you not like the turn limit, you can adjust it up or down up to 5 turns in the custom options screen when starting your campaign. By the way, in the next few scenarios, the turn limit for a DV is: France, 8; Sea Lion, 5; Barbarossa, 9; Rush to Moscow, 8.

that answers my questions.
BTW I don't have a problem with the limitations for a DV on FM level.
Well in the lowlands i had to tolerate more punishment for 2 of my core units to end the scenario in time.
But 2 times 3 losses for attacking early are acceptable to get a DV.

I played through Afrika Corps campaign several times and genuinely enjoyed it. Feeling confident enough I bought the GC campaigns for some more quality PC-time.
Boy, I was put back on the start with this one! The missions are so much more difficult, especially in Russia. I somehow managed to grind (although I wasn't very satisfied with my progress as I lost some core units in the process) to the '43 campaigns and I can say I haven't finished a single mission in time yet.
There is so many Russian tanks and planes everywhere! My troops are spent and apathetic. The High Command is displeased
Seeing some of you guys manage to complete it on Rommel difficulty is just astounding.
auda: There are keys to doing well and making easy the later grand campaigns even with ridiculous amounts of russians. They are well documented in various threads.
1) use early easy campaigns to 'farm'; experience, prestige and most importantly heroes.
2) build up a strong airforce early and keep it alive.
3) use traps and killing fields at natural chokepoints.
4) keep ONLY tanks as SE units and disband all infantry se units.
