Whql Drivers i have the latest and i try older soundblaster Drivers but dont work to. Virtual Drivers or something else i dont have. And SB X-FI Drivers i download and install them from creativ Website,the latest for my Card,but there was not diditally signed. What meams ,tired the disabling Sound advice,sorry my english is not so ggod,i dont understand this. I Play without Sound last round but still ctd after second turn....

A small window that says CTGW doesn,t work . The Programm doesnt work right you have Problem. Programm will be closed and we tell you if a solution is ready.i hope i translate it right.... and only i can do is Close this window,there is no Crash Report or something..... send last ctd

I try but not help.I try it for weaks again with your tip with msconfig,but dont work to.Thats really unbelievable.I can cry....So i must go to WW2 and Smash the british in africa korps....

what happens if you do absolutely nothing in your turn and just end it? Does it advance to the next one? Does AI make it's moves?

Hi. I try it and i do 10 turns absolutly nothing and it runs,ai makes it moves and all look good,then i try to make a turn and after moving all my Units i will buy new Units and then,ctd i was building two inf and at the third it crashed in the log file the last entry is Audio error.

i can,t believe that the soundcard is the prob,it never makes Problems. i try several Drivers but al times the same Crash.

Hi,

let's try something:

1) Go to Control Panel / Add Remove Programs
2) Search for OpenAL on the list and uninstall it (at the end it will say that restart is required but that is not true)
3) Try starting Ctgw, it SHOULD now fail to start (to make sure OpenAL un-installation went fine)
4) Right click CTGW on your Steam games list
5) Go to Local files tab and Browse local files
6) Unpack this zip to this directory: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/391 ... enal32.zip
(openal32.dll should now be in this directory)
7) start the game again, it should now work fine
please try if this helped with your problem
