I think the best way to describe our operations to date is that they have violated every recognized principle of war.

Bou Arada - 22 NOV 1941

Result: Axis Victory. Dissolution of BG JCB. Axis Hold Bou Arada.

The Butcher's Bill:

Image

Allied Losses:
British:
9 x GB INF
1 x 3IN MORT
2 x GB LMG
1 x GB MMG
1 x GB SCT
1 x DAIM
1 x 2LB POR
1 x SP BOF
1 x BREN
12 x GB TRK
1 x 6LB ATG

French:
9 x FR INF
2 x FR LMG
2 x 25MM ATG
2 x FR TRK
1 x FR 81MM
1 x FR MMG
1 x FR SCT

Allied Leader Losses (These losses are BN or BG Leader related losses....they always automatically return with the BN or BG they originate from):
2 x FR LEADER
1 x M3 SCT
1 x JEEP
1 x FR TRK

Units remaining in I./15 Rgt. des Tirailleurs Senegalais BN and 2nd Lancashire Fusiliers BN:
5 x GB TRK
2 x FR TRK
1 x GB BOYES
1 x GB LEADER

These units take a 30% Dissolution penalty and the British Units are added to the British Replacement pool as points. The French Units are added to the list of available units after 30% (rounded up of each type) are destroyed. I./15 Rgt. des Tirailleurs Senegalais BN and 2nd Lancashire Fusiliers BN are returned to the Algiers Box as "Hollow BNs".

1 x FR TRK is added to the Allied Available units.
5 x GB TRK = 125
1 x GB BOYES = 36
Total = 161
30% = 48.3
161-48= 123
123 Points are added to British Replacement Points.

Units remaining in II./15 Rgt. des Tirailleurs Senegalais BN (in Reserve) excepting Leader-Related Units:
9 x FR INF
1 x FR SCT
2 x 25MM ATG
1 x FR 81MM
1 x FR MMG
4 x FR TRK
9 x GB TRK

These units take a 30% Dissolution penalty and the British Units are added to the British Replacement pool as points. The French Units are added to the list of available units after 30% (rounded up of each type) are destroyed. II./15 Rgt. des Tirailleurs Senegalais BN is returned to the Algiers Box as a "Hollow BN".
So after reductions this II./15 Rgt. des Tirailleurs Senegalais BN has:
6 x FR INF
1 x 25MM ATG
2 x FR TRK

These are placed in the Algiers Box.

9 x GB TRK = 225 Points
30% = 67.5 (rounded to 68)
225-68 = 157
157 Points are added to the British Replacement Points.

Axis Losses:
Italian:
2 x BERS
1 x IT SCT (will be taken from 16 Bersaglieri BN)
3 x SANMARCO
1 x IT LMG (will be taken from 16 Bersaglieri BN)
1 x AB 41
1 x SEM 90 (will be taken from 16 Bersaglieri BN)
1 x ELEF (will be taken from 16 Bersaglieri BN)

Axis Leader Losses (These losses are BN or BG Leader-related losses....they always automatically return with the BN or BG they originate from):
1 x SDK 250
1 x IT Leader
2 x IT TRK

Navaronegun wins one victory on the way to Elite Status for his KG Leader, as the Battle's KG Commander, given that that leader survived.

Last move taken, just waiting for opponents to finish up.

Started off well enough but after I had my armour ripped to pieces I pulled back and all was quiet for 10 plus turns.

Expected German victory. Will confirm result once opponent has finished.

Sedjenane now finished, with Axis retaining the hex.

Final outcome: Axis 1400 VPs. Allies 400 VP's

Casualties

As Pdaddy said, we both played it safely in the latter part of the game with the bigger picture in mind.

Thanks for the match, and on to the 23 Nov turn.
