I think the best way to describe our operations to date is that they have violated every recognized principle of war.

Calendar Day 22 NOV 1942
Winter Rains Status is "Partly Cloudy", Today's Weather is Clear
Command Turn
Operational Turn - Support and Movement Orders - Movement Orders Resolution

Final Movement Orders:
These orders are impacted by Support Orders Resolution.

Image

Movement as Displayed on the Map:

Image

Note - The Axis KG moving from Tunis to Pont du Fahs must stop in hex 1009 as it has insufficient movement, as the roads in 1110 and 0190 are negated due to interdiction.

Note - The Allied BG moving from 1615 to Bou Arada is interdicted and moves after all other moves have been completed. The practical effect of this today is that 1 San Marco Marine BN arrives before the Allied BG does.

Note - The Allied no. 6 Commando BN moving from 1603 to Pont du Fahs is interdicted and moves after all other moves have been completed. This means that No. 6 Commando BN will arrive on Turn 3 as a reinforcement for this battle.

Support Decisions for both Sides:

Allies - Artillery Support. GM note - I am going to assume that the Allied commander will support the attack on Hex 0821 with 17 FA BN. The refresh rate will be "6" at 2 hexes.

Axis -
Artillery Support: 5Arty/Superga BN will support the defense of Sedjenane. The refresh rate will be "6" at 2 hexes.
Ground Support:
The Ju-87Ds of II./Sturzkampfgeschwader 3 available for Ground Support from Djedeida will support the defense of Bou Arada which is 9 hexes away. The refresh rate will be "4" (at 6-9 hexes).
The Ju-87Ds of III./Sturzkampfgeschwader 3 available for Ground Support from El Aouina will support the defense of Pont du Fahs which is 9 hexes away. The refresh rate will be "4" (at 6-9 hexes).
The Bf-110Es of 8.S./Schlachtgeschwader 2 available for Ground Support from Sidi Ahmed will support the defense of Sedjenane which is 7 hexes away. The refresh rate will be "4" (at 6-9 hexes).

There are three Battles this day. Theater Commanders must choose who will command in each battle. As well the Axis and Allied decisions listed below must be blindly exchanged between the two Commanders by tomorrow, SUN 30 MAR 2014:

As the attacker, Allies must choose Day or Night Battles for all battles below.

1.) BG Protectivedaddy (17/21L & 5Nth BNs) attacks KG XI. FP in hex 0821 (Sedjenane) in an AFD. There are 20 Squares of mines in this hex. 63./10 Bersaglieri BN elements arrive on Turn 3 as a Reinforcement.
Axis Decisions: The two Primary defending BNs have 38 units total. A KG HQ of 2 units must be present. This equals 40 units. The Axis must select 24 units from the 30 in 63./10 Bersaglieri BN which will arrive as reinforcements on Turn 3. This reaches the 64 unit limit for a side.

2.) BG JCB (17/21L & 5Nth BNs) attacks KG 10 Bersaglieri in hex 0821 (Sedjenane) in an AFD. This BG is Interdicted and moves after all other moves have been completed. 1 San Marco Marine BN elements arrive before the Battle.
Axis Decisions: The Axis must select two Primary defending BNs which will total 60 Units. A KG HQ of 2 units must be present. This equals 62 units. The Axis must select 2 units from the 30 in the third BN which will also appear at start. This reaches the 64 unit limit for a side.
Allied Decisions: The Allies must select two Primary attacking BNs which will total 60 Units. A BG HQ of 2 units must be present. This equals 62 units. The Allies must select 2 units from the 30 in the third BN which will also appear at start. This reaches the 64 unit limit for a side.

3.) BG Mlazar (I./43 RC BN & No. 6 Commando BN) attacks elements of KG I./Barenthin (III./92 Superga BN) in hex 1410 (Pont du Fahs) in an AFD. No. 6 Commando BN is Interdicted and will arrive as a reinforcement on Turn 3.

Calendar Day 22 NOV 1942
Winter Rains Status is "Partly Cloudy", Today's Weather is Clear
Command Turn
Operational Turn - Battles - Time to Fight!

All,

The Battles for Calendar Day 22 NOV 1942 are ready.

Collier and Protectivedaddy, you are up! The 22 NOV Battle of Sedjenane (Hex 0821) begins!
JCB I await you down south. The 22 NOV Battle of Bou Arada (Hex 1613) begins!
Guardsman and Landmarine, time to fight by the river. The 22 NOV Battle of Pont Du Fahs (Hex 1410) begins!

Notify Your Commander and the other GM if your battle has not started in 24 Hours. By "started" I mean the other player has sent you a turn, not just accepted. If this is the case, the Allied or Axis Theater Commander will take their place.

Please post screenshots, casualties and battle results here. As well, chatter and goading are welcome.
Remember the RTT'42 Protocol: at least one turn a day and completion of the Battle in at least 10 days. Players, if your opponent is not achieving this pace, notify your Theater Commander.

*Victory is determined similarly to GJS, except in RTT there are 1700 points on 8 objectives. When the turn counter says "3 Turns left", the Axis should end the scenario. The Side with more than 900+ points wins the scenario. If that somehow doesn't occur, then the tiebreaker is who lost more casualties as determined by point costs.

*Track casualties. Remember, all BG or KG Leaders appear on map as Veterans.

*Per the Global Units list, die rolls have been made for all units which appear on map, and promotions to Veteran have been made for those units whose rolls allowed them to enter this way. Reinforcements cannot enter promoted.

To Download the Battle:

First things first. Follow the steps below. Ignore steps 1-5 if you want to keep your old campaign and start at 6.

1. Start up BA.
2. Choose Multiplayer (at the bottom)
3. Log in to Multiplayer as usual
4. Choose the My Challenges tab (at the top) then press New Challenge
5. Select a scenario from RTT’42 Campaign then Delete Campaign (bottom right).
6 . Press X until you get back to BA start screen
8. Choose Campaigns (at the bottom)
9. Choose Download Community Scenarios (at the top)
10. Choose Download a Campaign Package from the Internet (top right)
11. Type or paste:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/619 ... N22NOV.LST

into the URL box.

12. Click the green tick
13. Back at the campaigns list, select RTT42CAMPAIGN17NOV and click “Download the Selected Campaign (bottom center)”
14. This should download everything that you need
15. Press X until you get back to the BA start screen and choose Multiplayer
16. Log in to Multiplayer as usual
17. Either go to the My Challenges tab and click the New Challenge arrow. This list will now show the RTT’42 17NOV Battles.
18. There are only 3 scenarios; Sedjenane22NOV (0821), BouArada22NOV (1613) and PontDuFahs22NOV (1410).
19. Or go to the Accept Challenges tab and click the scenario that you're supposed to be fighting (if your opponent has already setup your game).

Anyone who wants to play me please email me or PM me. I have been GMing, writing and designing so much I need a game!
