Hi Hammy

Thanks

I will attend both days (room already booked). Preferences in order:

1) Fog R
2) Fog AM V2
3) Fog AM 25mm (reason to sort out my rebasing)
4) Fog AM V1

Cheers,

Kevin

I have been asked about V2 or V1 and at the moment I am not sure what is the best way to go. In some ways if there are enough players then giving people the choice of which version to play may be the best bet.

Hi Hammy

How about V1 on one day and V2 on the other?

CHOICE! Its not a f*ing democracy*.

*Its more like the US 2 people argue for a bit and one of them gets to decide everything after that, no matter who or how many vote*. Since theres only you and your missus I suppose its up to her.

* This is a lot like the UK except the kids can decide when they leave apparently.

Hello, I'd like to enter, please.

I'd like to enter 25 mm FoG AM if there are at least 3 other people out there with old 25 mm armies gathering dust in their loft / shed / basement, otherwise I shall enter the 15 mm FoG AM.

I'd like at this point to put in a plea for the use, for the time being, of FoG 1.0 rather than 2.0.

This is because I do not own a laptop or an iPad (everybody, aaah) preferring a desktop and an Android tablet. It looks like I don't therefore have the option to bring along the rules in a table-accessible format. I must also confess to my doubts that everyone's lap-top or even iPad batteries can run throughout 3 x 2.5 hour games without re-charge, but I could be wrong. I am keen to purchase (and play) FoG 2.0 but do not propose to do so until the hardcopy version emerges.

As far as I am aware there is no target date for the version 2 paper version, which I suspect many of us are waiting for. With only a few weeks to go I would vote for version 1.

How about if 2 consenting adults play v2 if they want,it won't affect the scoring and be interesting to get a feel of it and for those that don't have it.I think once its been played a few times the need for a rule book on the table won't be great,I rarely take my v1 to comps now

I think we should allow one player to use v1 and the other v2 in the same game - bet you there are no more rules disagreements when dave_r and Phil play than there are when they are both using the same set... :)
