As far as I´ve read in the release notes for every patch there are no A.I improvements at all to the game since version 1.0 ?
Is that correct, and if so, why is that ?
Has the A.I been improved in any way since version 1.0 ?

Translation: The AI hasn't improved one bit, but more scripting possibilities were added to make it look better than it actually is.Kerensky wrote:The AI has received some pretty significant improvement through the addition of scripting and control mechanisms. The DLC campaigns are constantly making use of these functions to create more interesting and dynamic battles.
Don't get me wrong, I like the added scripting possiblities and think the DLCs made outstanding use of them, but the AI is still as dumb as a rock, can't switch units, can't operate paratroopers, buys mostly throwaway units that don't help it much, is unable to coordinate (counter)attacks, moves towed units straight in front of enemy guns and so on and so forth.
It's embarrassing, really.
Rudankort wrote in another thread that he'd LIKE to improve it, but other things keep getting higher priority.
I definately hope he'll get some time to work on it at a point - even if it's for a sequel.

About "improving" the AI. If changes were done to it would it not imply that all completed campaigns(including DLCs) and scenarios be revised or at least tested to see if they`re still balanced as intended? If the answer is yes, do the developers have the capacity to do all of this and still work on other chapters of the game?
