While this may partially be the case there are substantial recorded instances in ANY significant battle of friendly fire where units are obviously friendly, (for example, units firing on a tank design that is totally foreign to all but their own forces {the KV series in Russia springs to mind}), so in any incidence where the unit conforms to the shape and stylings that ones forces are familiar with I believe that an inherant hesitance to fire on what appear to be friendlies would indeed factor in.Kerensky wrote:Captured equipment isn't really used this way though. Otherwise we should use Russian unit coloring, and have a chance for friendly fire accidents.
