I tried to avoid parallels or even back up going lines. Ardennes to Lake Balaton is the only one.

Do note that achieving Decisive Victories everywhere* on the path is probably not optimal. Meaning that the Stalingrad scenario, for instance, leads to Kursk no matter the result**, so you can preserve your units and collect prestige by not even aiming for a DV (you can even go for a loss).Kerensky wrote:14 scenarios to Total Victory if you follow the path I mentioned though.

*) except, as noted, avoiding a DV in the Moscow 41 scenario.
**) getting a Stalingrad DV would give you the choice to take Italy next. As you'll be choosing Kursk anyway, this is irrelevant in this case.
To summarize, the same path with the minimal effort needed would be:
Poland: DV
Norway: Loss
LC: DV
France: DV
Sea Lion 40: DV
Barbarossa: MV
Kiev: MV
Moscow 41: Loss (avoid a DV)
Stalingrad: Loss
Kursk: DV
Moscow 43: DV
USA East: MV
USA Mid: MV
USA West: DV
