So Pergm retreats remnants of army...reserve one pops up next turn and fights...remnants can refill if $$ exists. It seems to me you need to plan an invasion very carefully and have your derriere safe! You may need all your $$ for replenishing!

good news for Macedonia and Bosporan and Ptolemaic. they get each a new army.

some explanation:

Macedonia: they win very easily so after return of wounded there army was already back to 600pnt

Bosporan: after return of wounded : 572pnt;
at start of 2nd 2 turn they receive 800pnt (400 for capita + 2*200 for home territory)
800-27 (600-572) - 50 (for garison)=722 = enough for a new army

Ptolemaic: after return of wounded : 420pnt;
800-180 (600-420) =620= enough for a new army


Celte H was close to be able to have a second army
after battle they were 398, so after refile leaving 598 pnt

Carthage was close to Ptolemaic result but they have to create first a garrison
after return of wounded : 417pnt;
800-183 (600-417) - 50 (for garison)=566

Ah, I see the 2 countries I play have failed to get an alliance yet again (except for Spain which I never asked for, hello over there, any troops to spare past the Pillars of Hercules for good king Attalus?....... didnt think so)

Hey Billgber, I dont need to declare war again vs Celtic L do I?, just need to move back in? (although I dont see the point as they sprouted another full size army whre as mine was 2 aps short of cell division)
