Solemnace Swedish 1450CE-1500CE defeats EdmondDantes Ottoman Turkish 1430-1500 33-0 Opponent Surrenders early.

On a flat open plain a wave of Turkish horse archers approached a firm line of Swedish Scandinavian foot. It quickly becomes clear the situation is most unfavourable for the Turks whose arrows struggle to pierce the armor of the Swedes who respond with devestating Crossbow bolts. The Centre Turkish division is either routed or driven off very quickly while the two flank division not harrassed by devestating light artillery fire do little better and the Turkish commanders quickly agree to withdraw early in the face of their seemingly hopeless position.

Solemnace Swedish 1450CE-1500CE defeats mcfcivo Breton 1456-1465 51-13

THe Breton brought a strong force of Men At arms with limited infantry support faced a mass of Swedish Scandinavian foot supported by light artillery. Initially the Swedes spread out to hold a stream against the Breton Men At arms but it quickly became clear the Bretons had no intention of attacking the stream and the Swedes defending it. A detachment of Breton infantry did advance only to find itself destroyed by a mass of Scandinavian foot and their crossbows. After an offer for a gentlemenly fight on the open ground between the Stream and a large hill the Bretons had hid on and behind was rejected the Swedes made a few calculations and then began advancing on the Large hill the Bretons had made their fortress as the large left wing of the Swedish army slowly made it's way round. The Bretons allowed the Swedes to gain the top of hill confident their Men At Arms could ride them down on level ground but first had to endure a hail of bolts and Cannon shot before they could launch the attack. They survived this well enough to begin attempting to grind the Swedish infantry down. They did break a couple of units in the process and managed to rout the Swedish Men At arms in the process but they took heavy losses in the process. The end came when the last of the Breton infantry collapsed taking with it one of the Breton Men At arms in the rout. The rest had little choice but to flee and hope they may be able to get away.

The French split their forces with the heavy knights on the right and longbowman supported by Keils of the left.

The knights attacked on the right scattering the Ottoman light forces that were their to slow them down. On the left the Keils sheltered behind the rocky knoll while the longbowmen with some light horse support caused great damage to the Turkish light horse. The Keils then charged and caught the Janissaries with French knights in their rear.

Very interesting battle, I was able to diagonally pivot my line of infantry and crossbowmen while harassing behind the lines with light horse. The deadly slow moving Panzer wagons were not able to adjust quickly enough.

Triarii with Danish and Swedish defeats harveylh with Bohemians and Hungarians score 62-34.

Danish and Swedish foot with a couple of pike blocks ground through Bohemian foot just before the wagons and missile troops could make their way through Swedish mounted troops and all the way around the flank.

SirMichael Victory (Castilian) 61 - 54 vs Indibil (Florentine)

Very close battle which I thought on several occasions that I would lose. The two Florentine Keil pikemen very extremely difficult/deadly to deal with and survived the battle lusting for more kills. I had more troops and was able to win the overall attrition game.
