This is a screenshot from the first scenario of the first continent.
This scenario was not present in the original, but i always imagined rallying the starting forces, and to capture Stonescar Castle.
Honoring the original, the starting forces for each character will be identical to Fantasy General.

She is a skirmisher, excellent in scouting and one of the best of the six units of that family. The lowest is the slinger, available from the first continent.

It seems that your modification is very close to the original; I should read the manual, as I have never played Fantasy General before.

Development update:

I am currently testing the first continent for Lord Marcas.

Every action will have (dis)advantages, so consider twice before activating.
Mass Heal: Strength of friendly units is set to 12 (as a balance between the strength 10 and strength 15 units). Mass Heal is only available to Marshal Calis and Sorceress Mordra.
The Plague: the enemy units will suffer a strength loss. The Plague is only available to Sorceress Mordra and Archmage Krell.
Reinforcements. Receive a number of reinforcements, either auxiliaries or a temporary raise of core slots. This will benefit Lord Marcas most.
Loot. Receive a (prestige) gift.
Evacuate. Evacuate units from the map.
Mass Heal, The Plague and Reinforcements can only be triggerd by placing a friendly unit on the hex with the symbol.

These markers look good and definitely suit the game better than the original ones. I particularly like the plague and am considering introducing it for SPQR as well. Diseases, plagues and the like often led to heavy losses among armies at that time, which seems realistic. I am curious to see how the markers will be used. I bought the game (€1.99) and started playing to get a better understanding of the characters and everything else involved.

I think I'll wait for the Russian version. Since the assassins on sparrows require clarification... And anyway, it's better to understand the plot and what's going on there.

The campaign for Lord Marcas has one fix and one unit update. In one scenario the auxiliary Warband would not show up and the hero Borric has a transport attached.
The first continent is now available for Knight Marshal Calis.
For both characters the campaign has briefings and in-game messages in german, french and russian.

Heroes:
For Marcas you can find the hero Borric and for Calis you can find the hero Malric.

In most EU countries (Greenland included), Russia and former Soviet republics we write day-month-year.
