Nop. I never used the escape hexes in any campaign/scenario. The closest thing is in the Persian Gulf '91 scenario (to evacuate the Iraqi air force into Iran), but in that case I am using my own scripts.
I will check the name of that Armenian unit. Thanks for the catch :D

Yup, that's correct. The Anteys have no ground attack armament, they are anti-ships submarines (carriers killers some people say).
In the past, they did have ground attack values, but that was a mistake. I fixed a couple of updates ago.

That would break the balance of the game I think.
The possibility to buy ships is good for WW2 themed mods/scenarios; in that time the ships were built in insane numbers. Nowadays the fleets are far far smaller than those days (even the Cold War days).
In the mod, each ship and sub has real life names, they represent real individual ships; that's another reason why I think the "buy" option doesn't fit in Modern Conflicts.
But, of course, you are free to try to "unlock" them and see how it goes; it would be fun for sure :)

Yes!
Here is an Archer protecting Stockolm at the start of Europe 2022 scenario!

If you want to have fun with this specific weapon, Tobi72 made a campaign for Modern Conflict in Finland, featuring many (maybe every) Swedish units available in the mod, including the Archer.
It is called "Cold Breeze" and you can find it in his own topic here : viewtopic.php?t=117223
You start with Finland only, but don't worry, units from Sweden will join your army soon.
Modern Conflict main mod is requiered to play this campaign, of course.

Otherwise, you can have them in Europe 2022 big scenario, but that's it... Unless you create your own scenarii featuring the Archer, of course :)

Welcome in the modding/scenario design community :)

Most of the changes that interest you can be made in the "equipment file".
You can find it here, where Panzer Corps is installed : "Panzer Corps/MODS/MDC_00-MAIN/Data".
It is called : "equipment.pzeqp".
1- Copy this file somewhere. You will modify the original, but keep this copy somewhere else. If you are unhappy with your changes, you can put back the copy again at its original place to restore original data.
2- Open the original equipment file and change collumn U ("Available From") by something like "1.1.1980" for each units that you want to see in your games.
For example, if you want to play with AbramsX in the first NATO mission, change U-276 from the original "1.1.2022" to "1.1.1980". The effect of this change : every scenario featuring the US faction will have AbramsX available to purchase, as long as the scenario start after January 1st 1980 (so, every scenario currently in the mod)
3- To apply your changes, load MC main mod again with JSGME.


If you want to add ships to player core, Rimski_One made a sub-mod that change NATO and Russians campaigns. There were several changes, including the ability to purchase ships for the player core.
If you don't feel ready to change too much things to the game yourself already, you can try his work.

Adding ships by yourselves would requiere a bit of work : Change unit class, add naval spawn point on existing scenarios, give more prestige to the player to allow him to purchase boats, etc... Not particularly hard, but I advise you to keep it more simple for your first project ; so I strongly advise you to try Rimski mod (if you want to purchase ships) and experiment easier tasks first.

The last messages I sent on Rimski topic were about how to change available nations in a campaign. So if you want to add units from other nations in existing campaign, follow the guide there :lol:

Since you are starting to mod, I advise you to check how the "campaign.pzdat" file work once you have experimented enough with the equipment file, then the scenario editor!

Hello, I would like to customize the game for myself and my son so that everything can be purchased, regardless of the year. I'm interested in units like ships, buildings, radars, minefields, submarines — basically everything available in the map editor that normally isn’t for sale. I would like to buy everything the editor offers. Is it possible to modify that in the file equipment.pzeqp? If yes, what exactly would I need to change and how in that file? My son and I would like to have access to everything the map editor offers, including all units. Also, I used the Europe map provided by the MC mod. Thank you very much, and I appreciate your work.

You all are spoilt )))) Tell the author whether you plan to introduce tank-carriers, as I for example from Spain I drive tanks in Russia on their own !))))))) True some units can be moved by transport aviation, which is great and most importantly fast )))) My motorways and railways sometimes can't cope with such a mass influx of different types of troops ))))) Such a marathon Marathon ‘Paris - Moscow - Ulan Bator - Beijing’ is sometimes tiresome ))))

Hi friend, how do I do it? I would like to put ships for sale there, for example minefields, radars, submarines, whatever I can give so that I can have fun with my son. Hello,
I tried to modify something—for example, the poplar worked fine, but I didn’t see the ships at all in the game. I would appreciate it if someone could show me how to do it, or if it’s not too difficult. If anyone knows how, could it be done so that I have ships available for purchase on the European map?

Hi there all,
For both of the Akkula's mods (MC and Soviet Storm) I have the same problem - game doens't start at all (black screen), or looks like mix of original version and mod (as attached). It's impossible to play it - it stucks at menu level. I tried to use both GME and traditional way to install and run mod (traditional means overwritting all original files) - always with same result. I tried to do this on clean vanilla steam gold version. I did the same with other mod - PAK mod (overwritting original files as its written in installation manual) ale PAK mod works fine. What is wrong????

I have been quite busy with my day job, just came in to say that the Chinese campaign. My biggest gripe is that you are very limited at the beggining when combating India. It would be nice to have at least a few aux units that can cross mountains like the Chinese Paratroopers or the Indian light infantry. Or having more access to unflagged airfields from which you can take up in a helicopter
