Greetings,
In the first scenario of SCW, the light cruisers and the battleship sometimes shoot once and sometimes shoot twice per turn. This is also displayed in the units bar with x2 or nothing.
Can someone please explain this to me? especially because it cannot be read in the unit description. The 2x fire symbol just appears and then disappears again. there are no heroes on board.

Is there any info out there what triggers the modes - flank or bombard?
