I'm not sure if that will help you. But this is how the game works for me.
I have a clean copy of Original Panzercorps.
I give it a different name, for example PAK-MOD.
Then I copy all versions from Full 2.0 to Update 2.90 one after the other into the Panzercorps folder. You will be asked if you want to replace existing files...YES...Finally the Full 3.0. You should also use version 1.32 for start and editor and pay attention to the dll files. See pictures. For me it looks like this.
I took the pictures because I also had the problem at some point and realized that a file was missing.

Congrats on the new release. Can anyone explain to me if there are any new scenarios? From what I can see, all of the grand campaigns have new scenario files, but I can't tell if they're substantially changed in any way.

Hi

This post refers to the GC , Allied Corps and Soviet Corps scenarios. Not to the large Pak Mod campaign.

There was a problem with the GC scenarios in that bonus units were not being awarded anymore. This issue has hopefully been fixed. Non core bonus units should now be awarded during the course of the campaign from the Waffen SS nation. Also it is possible to buy Waffen SS units as core units.

All the GC , Allied Corps and Soviet Corps scenarios have been reviewed and where it is possible units have been replaced with more accurate or newer types. Any map errors etc. that have been spotted have been fixed.
However the scenarios themselves have not been changed. The GC scenarios do play differently with the addition of the numerous Pak Mod units.

Mod is very confusing to install. I picked the main Panzer Corps directory when the .exe file prompted me to do so, but I can't get it to work. Any ideas?

I now have a couple of questions to the esteemed team of this mod ) How to include again additional addons and DLC I have already bought long ago and why there are no separate missions from the DLC Panzer Corps: U.S. Corps '42-45 (which is not possible to play even as separate scenarios )?

Yes your installation method worked again appeared addons and dlc but for example in the Soviet corps on Halkin Gol Japanese pillbox with a German swastika, and in Finland do not see pillboxes ) Well and some samples of equipment do not have pictures or photos )
